At Custom Racing Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you within 3-5 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number, a description of the defect or damage, and a photo if possible.
We will inspect the item and if it is determined to be defective or damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. We will also cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange of defective or damaged items.
